Urgent warning message

Allowances (old age, widow, disabled, backward) and
 Education Grant (Disabled and Backward) is paid as 'cash', the 'security' of which is four digit 'pin code'
Recently various fraudsters have been hacking money using 'PIN code' and 'OTP' numbers sent in messages over the phone claiming to be social services offices.
"Don't share 'PIN code' and 'OTP' number sent in messages to anyone"
No pin code' and 'OTP' number sent by message from social services office is asked for over the phone
